Words cannot convey easily but this video probes psychological time, created as an illusion by thought process, possibly an extension of worldy / practical time, physical time to get to place X takes time. It is refreshing as it not memories of special names I do not understand of schools of Buddhism, memories from scriptures and books.

Insight seems short and immediately actionable and outside of time, timeless but we have got ourselves in such a psychological rut and the ego will do anything to tie us on knots and keep going and obscure reality as it is.

I do not have answers but videos. Answers may not come in time, I may not become better or see reality as it is through the pursuits of the self. As explained in J.K's video here.

I can only imagine this comes in some natural state of being as effort itself is becoming.

I am glad I do not have too much to let go of in religious terms at least. I cannot quite see through it all though. I presume we are going to just have to try stopping still in our days and attempt being (even though we cannot be anything else, under thought process) without planned timed effort and be what it is without reaction.

It is Buddhism in all but name and weight of all that religion is.
