To Repeat Where Things Stand Legally.

I'm kind of confused by the subject of legal responsibility when it comes to my care in my case. I was damaged permanently. My doctors tell me the damage to my feet and hands will never be repaired. I am already having the beginning of mobility issues. I also have diabetes and neuropathy. And the symptoms might be getting worse. I will need lifelong care. Lifelong care complicated by my Cerebral Palsy. Just the mobility aids alone and things like a special car possibly some day. And they did this damage to me in the worst way possible, by keeping it from me and telling me everything was all right. Everything was perfect even, they said. I guess it was the court and the police who did all that. But when people damage you like that they are usually the ones who are legally responsible for your long, expensive care. They are not just morally responsible, they are legally responsible for all of that. We usually agree on that.

But now no one seems to care, no one is going to help me. I am supposed to deal with this all on my own. Just having someone again to help me clean now would help a lot. But no one wants to pay for that. And now Eric drops me for good and at the worst possible time. And that is how it works legally? People are allowed to do that? I am not a lawyer. But like I said the law usually requires people to take responsibility for things like that. At least take responsibility for the damage they've done. Especially when it was done like that, to repeat. But a couple of years later it's clear nothing is being done, and in addition to that things are getting worse too. I'm not only being ignored, but I am being treated far worse. Partly because I complained about the horrible situation I am in and the way I am being treated, people tell me.

Also my doctors are the ones who warned me about all of this a couple of years ago originally. They warned me of the damage and that Eric is my secret guardian. At great legal risk to them I could tell. And now they are coerced back in silence. And why am I being treated this way? I am not a criminal. And even criminals aren't supposed to be treated this way. They would not be allowed to harm and damage even a criminal, in any way. And I have also never been a danger to myself and others. So this treatment is not justified. So although no one is telling me, at least I know it couldn't be my fault. But years later nothing is being done. And not only is anything being done but Eric abandons me too. And now Eric and his brother Tom say they are thinking of putting me in a group home. And like I said, in a group home I would not only be neglected and treated horribly, I'd lose all contact with the outside world. This is not 1840's England. When you keep someone alive under terrible conditions you haven't done your moral obligation towards them. And Eric and Tom choose to tell me that now.

I am still denied all access to the legal system. But I still wonder who will pay for all these things now, all these very expensive things. Like I said I was always taught the people who harmed you are the ones who should. But that doesn't seem to the case here.
