I have an almost completely split penis, it's a mod I've been working on myself for a few years now and still going. My wife and I noticed the lack of adult video on the internet involving extreme male genital mods, so we now make and sell videos of that. I've found a reddit group that centers around meatos (opening the urethra on the underside of the glans) and subincisions, (opening the entire urethra along the underside of the penis), but there's not many members and only a couple that are going the route I am, with a full bisection of the penis from tip to base. Hip Forums is pretty dead when it comes to genital mod discussion or any body mod for that fact. There isn't much talk about tattoos, piercings, bifurcations, or other modifications people do to their bodies. I have tattoos and genital mods which I love. Joined in on several threads but the response is pretty much quiet. The OP has a very extreme mod having split his cock as such. I almost forgot about this post...this place IS pretty dead. So I've had no loss of sensation, if anything I think I've gained a lot of new sensation.
