Im reading Illuminating your hidden power of true self through comprehensive and practical shadowork

So Anyone read it thats my first question is it worth reading and if anyone would like to read along with me and use this as a book discussion im looking foward to that too. I'm really wanting this book to be eye opening and I hope it touches me To know what Shadow work is
I always see men I have close bonds to either emotionally attached or deep respect for just in the air like Commenting or helping or even disrupting me usually there are the bad guys but

I was wondering do they like know how to shadow work because I have a very small amount of brain cells due to starvation and a combination of more severe disorders/and teen marijuana partaking since i was 14/ abandonment issues really deep reliability issues deep i have these men and i guess i cant be too ungrateful even though they confuse me sometimes i realize that we still have a powerful bond and hopefully its a good one
