China has just launched the most advanced AI ever. Their Deepseek AI project is better than all the US rivals.

This caused the biggest drop in the stock market EVER, over 600 points. The entire US AI future may now be in doubt.

IMO, AI has been hype since day one. It's just a very advanced search engine that does things very, very fast.

Not only did they surpass the likes of ChatGPT, but they did it on a shoesting, just around $50,000,000. They managed to used cheaper Nvidia chips too. Nvidia was the most valuable company in the world until today!

Besides giving better results, the AI is FREE! It's on Google Play and Apple store, and it's already #1 download on both! Google charges $200 to use their inferior AI. which doesn't even query the Internet in real time as Deepseek does.

 

Jailbreakers are having fun tricking Deepseek to say things the Chinese government usually censors, like how to make meth.

Some say the claims for this AI are exaggerated. Have you tried it yet?

 

I downloaded the app for five seconds. Like most apps, it doesn't work worth a shit. They gave themselves a 60 second window to email me a verification code. It didn't come within 60 minutes.
