It's a bit of a click bait question, but hey why not.
Yes it is, otherwise why would so many non Western cultures flood Western countries through legal and illegal imagination.
Middle Eastern
Islamic
Asian
Mexican
And so on

 

For every Yin, there must be a Yang, and western culture's claim to fame is that Asians cultures could not believe we made faster progress then they did for thousands of years, using simpler Three Stooges slapstick. Brute force approaches have their place, but there's no way anyone with a sense of humor could claim with a straight face that Donald Duck declaring war on Disney and the Muppets is somehow a superior culture.
