I have severe depression. I feel like I have no energy. Has anyone here gone through this? What are some good ways to deal with it?

I used for a few days, was my first time, probably like a day, then a 24 hour break and then another couple of days. Then, I re-lapsed about 3 days ago. The withdrawals just started to kick in last night and this morning.
