Being naked outside

This is a 2 part question about being naked where it's illegal to do so. Ever done it? Also, have nay tips on how to not get caught? I want to do it so bad but I don't want to get arrested or some shit...

Since I am nude mostly for reasons of relaxation and feeling natural, I prefer being skyclad where it's tolerated...

There is a certain adrenaline rush to being nude in public, or at least semi-public, however. That is also part of my early morning routine of having a naked coffee and cigarette in the early morning on my balcony, feeling the still cool night air flowing all around me. That takes place when I have to get up early for an office day and when it's still dark outside... there is a chance of people spotting me, but since I am not standing there sporting an erection or doing anything else that might constitute lewd behaviour, I feel not like an offender, but just like a hippie person doing usual nude hippie stuff.

You could just be naked where it's legal to do so. It's legal here in San Francisco. I go naked every year at large events (Bay to Breakers, World Naked Bike Ride, SF Pride, Folsom Street Fair, etc).

 

i've been naked on my own property. and i've known people who have been openly naked in their apartment, on their balconies, etc.

but you need to check your local laws, because aidanspops85 is right, it can get you in some deep shit.

 

I laid naked by the river in the sun near my house. There's an exit ramp off the highway that if you did happen to look where I was you could've seen me. It's in an abandoned nature preserve. It was Easter morning and I saw a shady black guy before I had went to my resting spot. I was laying there for an hour, at first I could feel all my blood pumping through my body, but it became very relaxing, with the sun on my testicles! Great feeling.

 

That's probably my best bet. I think it's so weird that the human body isn't tolerated in most areas

 

That's what I'd want to do pretty much... I just want to be outside some place where nobody can see me. If it's my backyard, somebody's bound to see me. Plus I live right next to a school. I just want to find some secluded area and just chilll.

 

there should def be designated areas all over the nation for nudists... but honeslty i wouldnt want to be walking down the street and your dick go flailing by sons face cause he stumbled over a rock and right into... imo there is a place for it and my belief is thatchildren shouldnt be exposed to nudity in public... at least not before a certain age and they understand

i don't know if nudity is ever forbdden by law in Florida, but i heard nudity isn't forbidden on federal US ground, like national parks. So maybe you might have a riskfree try there.

Anyway, my experiences tell that you can find a spot where nudity is tolerated at almost every lake or sea shore, as long as you don't behave annoying. So, it's not allowed explicitly, but also not forbidden, just a thing of horse sense.

Another tip for a riskless try might be some events (eg. carnival parties or music/art festivals) withz an open minded atmosphere. But i don't know about this scene in Florida of course, so maybe others can tell about.

An important tip is to stay nice and friendly, even i someone complains or authorities pop up. If ypu behave like a caught criminmal, you will be treated as one.

If you have the chance, i recommend to try going naked as part of a group of people (clothed or naked). It gives yor some more surety, but also makes clear that you don't do it with the aim to molest others.

I live near Haulover Park in Miami Beach and love to go there for nude beach time. Everyone there is usually very friendly and many are very involved in activities, boat rides, etc. There is usually like a nudest community publication that you can obtain along side the nudist portion of Haulover.

I have been able to go topless on a few beaches in remote areas just because there was no one else around to care what I did. I always attach my top to the waistband of my bikini bottom (on the side) in those situations, so I have quick and easy access to the top if I see someone approaching from a distance. I really like beaches in wildlife refuge areas, partly because you can find a lot of quality shells on the beach and partly because of the privacy for doing whatever you want. I like to have sex on the beach, when I can get far enough away from other people to feel confident that I won't be interrupted. That usually requires a long walk, or going out on the beach late at night.

In the mountains I usually hike only during the day, but I used to camp out sometimes. At remote campsites along the trails, when only young people were there, no one enforced any rules about clothing. Most of the young couples wanted to drink or smoke pot around the campfire, then go to their tents to fuck. Sometimes we did it out under the stars. We didn't worry about what anybody saw.

The one place that I can always count on for privacy in summer is my own back yard. There are enough trees and bushes on my property that no one can see through them.

 

Why not? The only people who have problems with nudity are the parents. Children of nudist parents grow up just fine.

 

Nudity is still forbidden in national parks, but federal law treats it as a violation, rather than a criminal offense. In other words, if a park ranger catches you sunning nude, he won't place you under arrest -- an event that could lead to your being declared a sex offender -- but he might very well write you a ticket, which could result in a fine. Some people consider the risk acceptable, others don't.

 

I'm naked in my backyard sometimes, but I have never been out in public, because I don't know were I can be... But once I find some places, I'll be there!

 

I've gone to a few unofficial places though am more careful now as I don't want a police record.

 

I wouldn't do it, but back home you would never be seen if you went out into the hills. You hardly never meet another person when you're out.

I have never been able to just walk freely naked outside.
Even if it was legal i still don't think i could do it.
Some friends has talked me into skinny dipping before..
My x-boyfriend also talked me into playing hide and seek naked i make a thread about that but thats all i have done.. and that was just one time. It was fun but i couldn't just go everywhere naked.
