Anyone in this forum ….are in physical makeover to elevate the bi/gay life. As more and more I’m enjoying bi/gay sex and being attracted certain type of men. I have gone on mission and motivated to transform my physical appearance and through fitness/built …. I have been slim with flat ass and light tummy, past couple of years i have been working hard to be having nice arm, chest, abs ….past 6 months focusing on my ass/quads …so great that I get compliments of my built body and hook ups want me more , and it’s amazing difference in ass is bigger with my glutes focus .., Many gay men love ….nice ass , I get treated well because of my overall built body and noteably nice glutes that stands out ….. My advice is ppl , if you have time or make time, this will benefit for healthy life and amazing sex….being wanted is priceless and compliments motivates me. this will also open up more chances and hookups ….
It's unfortunate the number of Gay folk who drunkenly pontificate in a Gay bar about DEI during Pride, but their dating profiles brutally discount fattys, femmes, old queens, Bisexuals, POC; anyone who doesn't fit their lily-white Adonis-esque twink ideal. Anyone who's that egocentric and shallow I'm not interested in hooking up with anyway. I think of a friend and neighbor; around 250 lbs, 60-ish, jovial, friendly, intelligent, empathetic and artistic; I'd much prefer to be in his company than some dipshit arm candy who's secretly speculating whether or not I've gained a couple of pounds.

63 5’9 160 6” gym rat with a nice smooth toned body. Good definition which helps me get women and men. I’ve had guys and gals in their 20s hit on me but I really try to stay no younger than 35 or 40. No drugs drinking or smoking. Rather use all My energy on the gym and sex lol
Fitness for me is about feeling good and not looks. In fact I just play outdoors a lot, that is my gym. I bike, hike paddle, yoga. I might work on a particular muscle but only because it needs more strength or flexibility for a particular sport not so I have better toned ass or bigger chest. I don’t want to be Adonis. However, if someone wants to lift weights for muscle, enjoy it.
