You know a lot of Americans think we have to make reading the Bible mandatory in schools again. And we finally studied it, really studied it, in RC high school in my Freshman year. The Old Testament at first. It is horrible. Genocide, murder, rape, child abuse, torture, misogyny. It's the only thing they couldn't ban in the Victorian Era. Like in the novel A Clockwork Orange, some people aren't allowed to have pornography or other forbidden material. Prisoners, sex offenders, etc. But they gave the antagonist in the book the Bible and he said give me more. This stuff is great. And sex that is violent and kinky.
Not against religion...............But education should be religion free, teach em basics(write/read/calculate/ect).....also make em think(history/society/science/world/planet/ect) Do teach em about all religions(history) and about evolution ................but give them there own choice/options Mzzls
The world is our backyard. We can talk to people from the 4 corners of the world so easily. It's important we learn about all faiths and backgrounds and create understanding.
