There is no way most females notice a clitoral erection to the extent that a guy knows he has a hard on.
in my experience a women's lubrication/secretion is seperate from the orgasm. But then again it might be a real small amount and hard to tell. Does the female know when she is wet during foreplay, I mean even before any physical contact on the genitals.

Strange as it may seem, both male & female sexual organs are actually identical. This is because up to about 12 - 15 weeks in the womb all embryos begin as female - only later in the development do things begin to change. In the male the ovaries develop into the testicles and the clitoris & the clitoral hood develops into the penis / glans & the foreskin. Because of this variation of development I would imagine that the sensation experienced by a female from contact with the clitoris is likely to be much the same as how the male has when contact is made with the glans.
