I love going barefoot on really cold ground! Such a wake-up call! Endorphins?? Yes, Mom, I'm careful--keep my inner core warm, no frostbite, blah blah. Winter IS barefoot season! WOW!!
Yeah it can be great walking around on the cold freezing pavement in winter, even better if there is snow underfoot feels so invigorating
I have walked in snow barefoot and on ground and concrete that is in the thirties, but I just don’t enjoy it much. When I am in the mood it is a fun challenge.
