Costume ideas for dreads

What are some unique ideas for halloween costumes to go with your dreadlocks?
I don't wanna do things like a pirate or medusa.
I was told predator would be good, but I dunno how to do it or if I will have enough time.

Any ideas?

i went as amarant from final fantasy 9 last year, worked out pretty well but i would only recommend it if your around a lot of nerds

you could be teacher from full metal alchemist. you could pull around a flesh colored blob like thing in one of those radio flyer wagons and say it is a failed human transmutation.
