We gain an hour of sleep tonight. Daylight Savings time begins here. But we lose it in March.

You know it's weird, human timekeeping. If it happened just once, we'd only gain/lose that hour that one time. But it happens twice a year. And I said last year online, that daylights sayings "night" gives that day an extra hour. Which is good for sleep. But if you are paid by the timeclock, shouldn't you get an extra hour's pay. Because the time clock actually thinks you just worked an ordinary shift.

Yes, that day literally has an extra hour to it. No, the earth doesn't take a 60 extra minutes to spin on its axis. THE CALENDAR DAY LITERALLY IS LONGER BY ONE HOUR. Look it up, or think about if for a minute, to make it clear.

So why aren't people paid for an extra hour? (You know, I kept bringing that up last year. But people told me my facts were wrong. No they aren't. Scientists have told me my facts were wrong at times too. MY FACTS ARE NEVER WRONG. Maybe yours are, buddy ;) ?)
