Like a tiny pocket pussy that doesn't go all the way around your dick. I have a pocket pussy and I rarely use it. It's annoying to clean and doesn't feel any better than my hand. But the penis gripper side of the attachment... Woah! I couldn't use the Domi on anything but the lowest setting. And I still came within seconds. It really hits your glans and makes the ridge of your penis' head feel like it's exploding with orgasmic energy well before you even get close to cumming. You know how cis-women always joke about how no man can do what their vibrator does? No woman could ever do what this attachment does to my penis. Holy cow! Cleaning it takes one second.
