Know the skin on your elbow? Your wenis? Well, if you twist it, or pinch it, or anything, nothing hurts it. So, wouldn't it be stellar to pierce that? Of course, you could never fully bend your arm, but...that's just one negative effect, right? Imagine the conversation! "Mom, can I get my wenis pierced?" "WHAT?!?!" ;D
