I always liked "girl on top" (I think I prefer to call it "cowgirl", which is like "reverse cowgirl" except not reversed). This is partially because it's a pretty lazy position for me, in fact with me being able to just lay there if I don't feel up for it (I normally don't just lay there, by the way), but I really like it because I feel like she's the sexual aggressor, and that's how I like my girls.
