I've only noticed this in the last year or two; that the first time I urinate after ejaculating, that it's rather foamy looking. I've no complaints about it... In fact I love looking at it... It's like I'm peeing soda. But I never remember this at any point in my twenties. I presume it's normal with age. I'm now 33. But does anyone know the reason for it. Does it mean my piping isn't as efficient anymore?
Does it taste like soda? Seriously tho, I wouldn't worry about it unless there are other issues. Sounds like air mixed with cum and urine. Put it all in a blender and see if it foams up...
Some retrograde ejaculation perhaps. Some semen backs up into the bladder, likely from squeezing so hard before letting go - it's got nowhere to go until you let go... Best practice to pee afterwards to flush the system....just like your coolant.

That's not impossible, since one 12oz can of beer contains about 2 grams of protein. If you drink enough beer it could cause some foaming. but still pretty harmless
I've had the same diet for the last 13 years. Although I have started eating a bit more nuts recently but I don't think it coincided with this.
I've seen that after edging or sex. There's a little semen left in the plumbing and that makes it a bit cloudy / foamy when flushed out.
