I started with a 35mm x 10mm stainless steel ring, which I found would slip off if I was sweating for any reason. I then went to a 32.5mm and finally a 30mm which happily stays in place no matter what I do. Even with this snug fit I have no restrictions whatsoever and I can wear them for days. I now have a number of 30mm glans rings (including a heavy 30mm x 20mm) and I love them. My gf loves them too and she's interested in finding more.
