How long does a half tab acid trip last? It's my buddy and I's first time, we want to start slow. I was thinking a quarter tab first then see how we feel and then do another quarter. Any suggestions?
If you're going to take 1/2 take it all at once. You'll probably just feel a bit off-baseline for a couple hours, but there is every possibility you could be gone for up to 6 hours, so plan for that.
The timeline is about the same regardless of dose. If you take half a tab and it's strong enough to feel you should be looking at around 10 hours give or take a few. The problem there is that half a tab might be a very small dose depending on the potency of the hits, and they vary wildly. It could also be a large dose, but the first case is more probable. You should definitely take your whole dose at once. Staggering doses like that is a waste of LSD because tolerance sets in quite quickly. Half of one tab is a reasonable starting dose for most LSD. Just be prepared to have a new and special experience and keep an open mind. You should probably do some more research about LSD before you try it. It's good to know as much as you can about any drug before using it, and there's plenty of information out there.
I don't think half a tab is a good first time experience. 1-3 full tabs are what i recommend personally.
I'd recommend to take it all at once and take a higher dose like others are saying. That titration method where you take a lil and see where you're at before taking more is an inefficient technique for the most part with LSD and psychedelics.
take a whole hit take AT LEAST 1/2 1/4 is basically pointless unless your stuff is super potent, 1/2 is going to disappoint. 1 might still be underwhelming, but ONE is a good place to start. (or two)
With 99% of the tabs these days, you probably won't feel 1/2 , if at all. And as mentioned, the length is the same regardless of dose. And taking more after dropping wont change a thing. It doesn't work like weed or alcohol.
I guess I must have got some good acid when I got it (year ago), seeing as 1/2 had me feeling very good with a little visual hallucinations, but the duration was a good 10 hours.
i got stuff before where 1/2 was enough for a pretty full trip. it had my brother seeing rainbows for his first trip. but hits that potent are NOT the norm

They have been around residually since then also. There are lots of fakes (RC's and some without anything) of these however though. The reason is because anyone can buy them off a blotter website and apply RC's or sell blanks.
