I've been thinking about nudism lately, and I thought of a question. What do you do about your period?
I'm a novice male nudist, but I can pass on some advice that I've read in other threads. People often ask what is the etiquette regarding erections for men and periods for girls, and generally the answer is that naturism is all about being as nature intended. If you have a period while nude at the beach, I guess you don't have to worry about it getting on your clothes! Likewise, men's erections are accepted as long as they don't go pointing them in peoples faces. In fact, many women on the threads say they enjoy seeing a man's erection on the beach. My trip to a nudist beach last weekend would seem to confirm this. I was sat naked on the beach behind two bikini-clad young women. I had a newspaper on the floor in front of me and my legs slightly apart. At first the two girls were led on their backs sleeping and facing away from me. One of them then turned over and noticed I was sat there naked. It was a really hot day so my d**k was looking quite large. She put on her shades and started staring between my legs with a little grin of approval on her face. I have to admit that having her watch me like that turned me on and I began to get quite hard. She whispered to her mate about what she was watching and her mate too turned over, put on her shades and enjoyed the view, and both of them continued staring without reservation. Pretty soon I had doubled in size but managed to prevent myself getting a full erection. Luckily, I was positioned at such an angle that only these two women could see. If having a period at the beach worries you, don't go at that your of the month, but if you become a regular nudist, you'll probably become 'at one' with nature and worry a lot less about these sort of things.
I try to wash myself out a bit on my heaviest day with plain water and use a tampon in public. Even in nature, animals try to be discreet about menstruation and stay out of the limelight.
Hi, - frequent having a shower / a wash - use a tampon - use a panty liner / sanitary napkin while wearing a bikini bottom (no one will complain about seeing a woman this way 'clothed', as everyone knows why) you have to decide, which version fits for your sensitivities and physical state. The prime thing is that you feel comfortable! Take care!

Old thread. Why it showed up on my feed now I have no idea. But simply put. Do what you normally do. Just be topless or wear a loose or open top during those few days. It is not a big deal .
My wife still goes naked and wears a tampon with the string cut short. One of our friends wears a bikini bottom and a pad - no tampon. Another friend chooses to just stay home. Many different variations.
