Hello I want to buy some Salv-D extract and I dont want to smoke it untill like 3-4 years later. Anyone know the shelf life of Salv-D and the proper way of storing it? thanks
Why not just buy it in 3-4 years, any specific reason? If your worried about it becoming illegal and unavailable your jumping the gun a bit aren't you? As for how long it lasts, I don't know the outer limit but it maintains potency reasonably well for 9-12 months which is the longest I've had some sitting around unsealed for. The best way to store it I'd imagine would be the same as with any plant material, keep it in an air tight container in a cool, dark, dry place. It might last four years that way or it might be completely benign after 12 months or so, no one really knows as far as I'm aware.
Salvorin A is a fairly stable compound, alot more than acid and shrooms. It may keep for that long if kept dry cool and in a dark place. It might be better to buy freasher extract when you are ready. then agian in 4 years you could be loaded with cash and could buy new salvia if needed. It doesn't cost much for what you'll get in return. J.C
I want to wait till im in college to do it with my college friends I aquire, and I feel my mind will be at the right level of maturity to handle it at that time.. and also I am scared it may be illegal by then....
Salvinorin-a will not deteriorate, it remains effective for years, the leaf itself will porwder over time but this will only help it to burn faster. The active chemical is truly unique and will reamin active till your ready. leaf you can store anywhere, just keep it air tight, and keep it in a dim area just to be sure. Best bet, wait till your ready to do it hten get some. Fresher is always best y'know. Ki
