I LOVED Phone Booth simply because it had everything. A perfect setup opening, a longterm unpredictable foreshadow, deep inner result and conflict in hostage situations, and exciting and suspenseful action. Ends with the foreshadowed conclusion but keeps you wondering as you remember his voice sounds different when the guy talks to you. Anyways.... point is - Are there any other movies, anywhere close to phonebooth?
I wish I could determine for myself if it was interesting based on what you wrote, but you were pretty vague. What's different about this movie compared to every other one? Similar in that it makes you think? I can only stand movies that make my mind go nuts nowadays. Shit like requiem, pi, eternal sunshine, waking life, akira, and any other dark insane movie.
I thought Phone Booth was ok... It seemed a little.. blah, lol.. The whole movie was about a guy in a phone booth.. wasn't that interesting, I thought.
