You take every preventative measure at your disposal and, importantly, you not only see a doctor regularly, but you confide in them that, okay, look, I have sex... a lot... and if you're bisexual, you let them know this so when they do your lab work, they can look for any signs that you've gotten ahold of something you might not want.
