I have been a vegetarian for almost 6 months now. I have a problem though. . . I am a very picky eater and I find myself constantly eating the same foods . . . Most of my meals are as follows:

    Breakfast:
    Bowl of cereal
    or
    Yogurt
    or
    Apple/banana

    Lunch:
    french fries
    or
    apple/banana
    or
leftover dinner from the night before

    dinner:
spaghetti made with wheat pasta and mushrooms
    or
    bean and cheese tacos
    or
    green beans

Of course there are a few more things, but I am just nolt creative and I haven't eaten a lot of vegetables I like. I try to eat salad, but I don't like salad dressing so it's just kind of bland to me. I need help, I am tired of the same boring food and I don't want to eat meat.

Try buyng a vegetarian recipie book, they will have lots of stuff that i bet you will like (and there are even vegetarian cookbooks for certain kinds of food, like mexican food, etc.). Also, try buying Meat replacement stuff (Boca, Morningstar, Gardenburger, Smart Menu, etc.) and just look around online for different stuff.

    Peace and Love,
    Dan
