Pork cutlets (thin) in Pepper Jelly

    Thin-cut pork cutlets came home in the ocery bag, so there are 4 in the baking dish + 3 sliced potatoes, with red pepper jelly thinned with some wine & (soy sauce packet from Panda :grinning:) poured over it for a sauce
