Like many of us I have an enlarged prostate (BPH). My dr has put me on silodosin (dont remember the trade name). It helps me pee, but interferes with ejaculation. You might take a look at Flomax, another drug for the same thing. I take it and still manage to produce nice load, some have even said “that was quite a load” as they were swallowing.

Which has more side effects? Flomax (Tamsulosin) or Proscar (Finesteride)? What side effects did you have? Can't get or stay hard? Can't cum? Little/ no ejaculate? Desensitized penis? Other?
