Like many of us I have an enlarged prostate (BPH). My dr has put me on silodosin (dont remember the trade name). It helps me pee, but interferes with ejaculation. I can still climax, really spectacularly, but little or no cum.

Apparently this is a known effect of this drug.

Anyone else have a better solution? Urolift?

You might take a look at Flomax, another drug for the same thing. I take it and still manage to produce nice load, some have even said “that was quite a load” as they were swallowing.

My doc put me on it and I went dry but could still get off then I couldn't get hard. Felt like I'd been castrated. I got him to give me a scrip for 5mg Cialas and that took care of everything. Papasmurf told me he was on a 5mg dose and it helped him. Just a suggestion. Now I just need a FWB locally and I'd be set.

I am still very happy being a Bisexual guy, that is still able to enjoy having normal orgasm/climax. I do like being able to providing, my very nice smooth hard cock, most of the times, when I have sex with others. Once I was a season cock-sucker, until last summer when I was having Prostrate problems. Now I do truly do miss, providing my own warm cum for other friends, often I not sure if I am always able to provide my warm loads, since often there is no warm cum. If you do enjoy having your own cock drained. I am hopefully that you give me the opportunity to suck your cock and for you to share some your own warm cum deep down my throat and I am able to keep getting you hard and allowing to continue until you ask me to stop sucking your cock.

My current suck buddy had his removed several years ago, and although there's no ejaculate, he still has orgasms...which works out great for me! I'm one of those non-swallowers. I don't mind at all.

Which has more side effects? Flomax (Tamsulosin) or Proscar (Finesteride)? What side effects did you have? Can't get or stay hard? Can't cum? Little/ no ejaculate? Desensitized penis? Other?

I'm on Zoloft (Sertraline) & Flowmax (Tamsilosin) and I have less sensitivity in penis, don't get/stay as hard as often, at times can't cum.

    Thanks
