Signiture and other stuff

How do I set my signiture and put my lilypie ticker on/in my profile? Im also having proflems with my pictures showing up in my threads as well. I don't know if anyone else can see them, but, i sure can't. I had a forums before, two to be exact but, can't remember now how I did it. Can someone help me. LOL. Thanks

and visitor messages are disabled for you until you become a member (21 posts and 5 or so days)

Web pics (photobucket etc...) can be placed by pasting a direct link into this>>

Thank you, I was just about to say, that I tried to go to the user cp, and that didn't help a bit. I'll just wait till 5 days or until I do enough posts then. Thanks for the help.
