    Hi,
I have three or four small flesh colored pimples on the underside of my penis, just below the head. Can't really notice them if I'm not erect. They are hard and not like a face pimple in that squeezing them does nothing. They stay exactly the same and I've had them for years. I want to get rid of them. Like I said they are unnoticeable without an erection. My Dr. said it a skin problem, not an STD. Don'y want to go to a dermatologist since my insurance doesn't cover cosmetic surgery.
Any ideas? I'd post a photo, but I'm sure that's not allowed. Any other forums I could post one, just for a serious opinion?
    Thanks.

do you shave? cause it could be just a razor bump

and this doctor who said "a skin problem" ask him to go more in detail. you dont pay all that money for 3 words. YOU KNOw its a skin problem, but you dont know what exactly it is. doctors today. pfft

i have some and they are razor bumps. they are very annoying. i would take a warmed up cloth and put it on there for about 5 mins, several times a day. put neosprin too

It could be a reaction to the cream hes using or the razor.

Personally I would go get another doctors opinion.

They dont itch or burn? arent sensitive to touch?

Here's a picture of a dickhead with pimples on it. Perhaps you can compare.

If it is on the shaft it is very likely to be some fordyce spots, if it is on the glans then it is likely perly penile papules. Both are harmless and totally "normal" what ever that means. If your doctor says its not an STD it probably isn't, they are trained to recognize STD's but most have no idea/very little knowledge of these two skin variations because of their benign nature.

Fordyce spots are enlarged sebecum glands(oil producing gland, you have them over your entire body) and can become enlarged at any point in a persons life, however they usually reach the size they will be for the rest of your life by the time you hit 10 years old. You can go to a dermatologist and he will tell you not to worry, its a waste of money to have them removed cause they will just grow back. These spots don't just show up on your dongdinger, you have these glands everywhere and the ones you are noticing have likely been there a long while. They are only called fordyce spots when they appear in odd places like corners of lips, inside wall of your mouth, under your eyes, on the skin behind ones lips, on the scrotum etc. This is not a gender specific "condition" females get em too, however rarely will a girl freak over them its usually guys.No guy likes seeing bumps on his junk.

PPP (perly penile papules) I have very little info on but its generally the same thing except on the glands and rim of the glands of the penis.

Neither "condition" can be treated because you aren't sick, nothing external causes this it is likely genetic. Next to no research has been done on this skin variation because it poses no health risk.

You said in your post that you only have a few, be thankful its only a few and forget about it. That is if they are actually one of these conditions and not an STD.

Thanks for those who posted a serious reply. It's NOT an STD. Barely visible unless I'm erect. I wouldn't even have known they were there until my GF told me. Guess just want the perfect penis LOL!!
