In sex there are no absolutes. The fact is that in the doggy-style position, the "g-spot" is facing downwards, while a penis, in his natural erect state faces upwards (and the protruding back rim of the gland faces upwards too). So in the doggy-style position the g-spot is least stimulated.

When it comes to stroking the g-spot during ordinary intercourse, a big "mushroom" gland helps, as it touches the g-spot more than a "cone" type gland. The length or girth of the penis have no influence on stimulating the g-spot; it's the angle and the size of the gland which count.
