Time continuously switches from your conciousness to your unconciousness. Mindfuck.

Time continuously transfers back and forth from your consciousness to your unconsciousness throughout your life.

Time is only felt when you are not busy, and you are "too aware" of your boredom. This is a given, most people would agree that when they have fun time flies by, and when they are board as hell than it feels like time isn't moving.

Through my experience in life I learned that time is not important. When you are busy and the time seems to go goes by "quicker" than time is in your unconsciousness. The only time, time goes by slow is when you are conscious of it and you bring it into your consciousness.

To me, time is not a exactly what I would call a "good" tool in the universe. Why? simply because the only time you "don't get stuff done" because of not having enough TIME is when you PAY to much attention to time and your brain is being wasted on trying to race against it and you simply can't focus as well as if TIME was in your Unconsciousness and you were not aware of it. Once you learn to let go of time to where it is not always in your consciousness, then you can get a lot more out of life, and you get a lot more stuff done. Your brain is full with hundreds of thousands of thoughts and TIME is simply a "place holder" in your brain's awareness for what could of been something a lot more beneficial to your life.

Lately I have been pondering the subject of time, and have been trying to go about my day without paying much attention to it. The key to experience is living in the moment. You are only aware and exist in one moment in time.

By ignoring the clocks in my house I have noticed that my stress levels have been decreased.

We are the only species that track time in such a precise manner.

Live in the moment, in harmony with the universe!

Bonobo I absolutely agree with you.

I am pretty interested in this subject, and how people feel about it.

Any other thoughts? share your knowledge...

I rarely feel a something many people called boredom. A long with this I definitely feel a lack of concentration on time. Yes of coure, I will look at a clock and be aware of the official time. Especially when I have classes. I do not let it rush me. Like you basically said doing things in relation to time really cuts down how much real time you actually have. Each minute can last forever really.

I have also realized the same thing as the OP. Time is nothing but territory for you to do things, and instead of thinking of the time that goes by I think about the things I do, because thats what life is for is to do things.

We are the only species who create a mental construct called time. We have all the time there is.

thedope. That is so true. When my day revolves around getting stuff done in a NON-timely manner, and i focus, than I feel that I accomplished a lot more than if I am rushing and limited by time.
