i was wondering if anyone would share any tips to help my blunts burn slower, i have found changing the cigar brand, tightness, and moistness of leafs are factors that will effect the speed the dutch burns at so besides those obvious ones, what can i do to get a slow burn? thanks
well you can spread honey along the blunt and then warm it in the microwave for about 15 seconds, then toss it in the freezer till it cools. This makes it burn much slower and adds a nice flavor but its kind of considered cheating.
try blunt wraps, they burn alot slower...around here everyone used the grape swisher or the peach optimo...
yea honey works great and it also makes rolling alot easier but dont put to much on or else your blunt will taste like shit. also dont do it that often because its bad for you
bad to smoke honey? that dosnt seem right.. edit: did a little research and found nothing saying honey is bad to smoke, as long as its natural than the sugar is natural, which i have yet to find any side effects from.
when you smoke it you gotta hit it smoothly, and pass it slowly. the more people hitting it quickly, the hotter the ember gets. the hotter the ember gets, the faster it burns. the faster it burns the more gets wasted. so when your hitting it pull smoothly, and give it a little time before the next hit
i tried this method last night. put a thin layer of honey on the leaf and put it in the freezer for a few minutes. it was hard to light, it kept going out, made it harsh and torwards the end it tasted terrible... never again...
