TSA allows it but says it's up to the agent onsite if it's permitted past the checkpoint. I think I'm going to check my bag because... 1) It's a $120 Lovense wand and I'd be pretty fucking pissed if some jerk agent made me throw it away and 2) it's probably powered with an ion lithium battery and they make you take those things out of your bag and put them in a separate bin to go through the x-ray. I'd feel bad taking a rather large vibrator out of my luggage and putting it in a bin for all the families on line at security to see. Ugh, that's so annoying because I only have one suitcase and it's plenty small for carry-on. Anyone had issues with TSA over a rechargeable vibrator in their carry-on?
I can't go through a TSA Checkpoint. Legally, all I need is my Medical certificate explaining the device implanted in my chest, but TSA Agents have final discretionary power Since I cannot disable the device nor remove it or place it in a checked bag, I am not allowed past the checkpoint. I wasn't even allowed past when I went to an airport to pick someone p form their flight. I had to wait for them in ether the ticketing lobby or outside the terminal
I think I would most certainly check my bag. The vindictive geniuses of the TSA will pull it out and wave it around to embarrass you then make you go through a pat down after they chuck it out. They had me submit to a pat down because they said they saw my crotch looked suspicious in the scan. The only thing I saw on the scan was 'my' out line and the outline of my undies...what the hell...but you can't put up an argument. So have at it Junior....feel my balls - his scanner buddy probably made him do it for a laugh. This guy was like ex marine "hold it right there sir !! ". This was Birmingham Ala-friggin-bama, nobody in the airport....enough said. "ooh let's make this guy miss his flight..." I should have told him to call over a supervisor, but likely I'd end up in custody.
