Sounds like a recipe for disaster to me. Unless you're talking about just sex, then it will probably be pretty hot. But lasting-relationship-wise, this Virgo gal wouldn't touch a Scorpio with your proverbial 10-foot pole. But that's just me.
its dumb to be baised towards signs before even getting to know somene. Anything can work. Sometimes you just gotta work harder at it. Besides, signs speak for potential someone may have. I notice how astrology uses the word "may" or "could" and similar words a lot and I don't taken that stuff to heart as much as I did in the past.
How can you live like that? Do you seriously think that star signs mean anything? I'm sorry to seem harsh (or even trolling-y), but if you're going around making decisions about your life based on what month people were born in, you really need to stop and think...
Because I'm really interested in what others think about it. If someone challenged me to justify any of my beleifs, I'd be happy to do so. No-one on here has even tried... Can you explain how this type of astrology makes sense? Even astrologers (in the sense of people who construct those charts) laugh at this type or star-signery.
The question was not deadly serious - I was just curious because of a person I know. Im not making a life decision on it. I don't know his birth details, nor the other signs in his chart, only his sun sign. You say this 'type' of astrology, does that mean you do believe in astrology? Were you referring to just sun sign-to-sun sign? I KNOW its simplistic, shallow way of looking at it, but i was just asking for the fun of it. I've been trying to learn astrology for a while and i'm no expert, but from what Ive read up about people I know, and from my own chart, there does seem to be a lot of truth in it. I was VERY cynical before but I can't tell you how many times I've been amazed at what Ive found since I started. So what ARE your beliefs then?
I am an Aquarius, and my fiance is a Cancer. Anyone will tell you that is a bad mix.... good thing I never bothered to check her sign before we fell in love. I see a lot of things in my chart that are very accurate about me, but that is a very specific chart, based on my minute of birth, location, etc., and taking into account all the various aspects, planets, conjunctions, ascendent, and so on. If you look at the sun sign alone, and expect any useful information, good luck.
I hate when people put down astrology believers. It is fun and it deals with psychology and personality traits. If you are intersted in understanding people, astrology can offer some unique perspectives, that all!!! So beleive it or not- Quit Hatin'
I agree with blackguardXIII... you have to look at the entire charts of both individuals, not just the sun signs. I have known many couples who have had their suns squaring eachother (ex: Aquarius-Scorpio, Taurus-Leo, ect) who have had fulfilling relationships. Other factors are involved... house positions, interaspects, ect. I am an Aquarius, and generally, Aquarians are not supposed to be that compatible with Cancerians... but my Moon is in Cancer... so my Cancer Moon was conjunct my s/o's Cancer Sun! MAJOR compatibility right there!
