Now I don't eat any fast food crap but I heard the other day that frosty's are mainly mayonaise. I'm just curious to know if this is true-anyone know for sure? It seems pretty gross to me.
i always thought it was artificial flavoring . I imagine the flavoring could cover up just about any taste..even mayo. I had one the other day. Kinda scary that we eat stuff without even knowing what it's made of,eh?
I used to work at Wendy's (ah good times) and I assure you that no mayo is in the frosty's. I'm not 100% sure on every single ingredient so I won't make an ass of myself giving incorrect info, but you can go to any Wendy's and ask for a nutrition guide and you can get every bit of info on every ingredient used in any Wendy's product. I would horrified if I heard something like that and didn't know the facts... EW!
Thank you for letting me know! It's funny what nasty rumors you come across. My sister will be grateful to know the truth- she loves frosty's
for one serving... 1/2 cup milk 2 cups vanilla ice cream 4 teaspoons Nesquik chocolate drink mix Combine all of the ingredients in a blender: Blend on medium speed, stopping to stir several times with a long spoon, if necessary; to help the ingredients blend well.
for some reason, i've always thought that wendy's frostys were an edible petrochemical product. eta, okay, i googled, this is what's in a wendy's frosty in Canada: FROSTY™: Milk Ingredients, Modified Milk Ingredients, Sugar, Glucose, Cocoa, Guar Gum (thickener), Mono and Diglycerides (emulsifiers), Cellulose Gum (thickener), Carrageenan, Calcium Sulfate, Disodium Phosphate, Natural and Artificial Flavours.
lol, does it really matter? they taste so good!! nothin like a large chocolate shake, and some hot french fries. damn now i have the munchies, gotta get out of this forum.
