hey does 2 hits of 10x = 1 hit of 20x and 2 hits of 20x = 1 hit of 40x and so on and so forth?
my friend told me this was an actual conversion method but it doesnt sound true. anybody know if thats legit.

Your freind is correct, if the hits are the same size weight for weight then yes, that conversion would be right, if the salvia is standerdised. 2 grams of 10X should contain the same amount of active chemicals, Salvorin-A ect, as 1 gram of 20X or 4 grams of 5X.

Some people seem to think that using 20X will give them a stronger effect, in my experience this isn't nescesarily the case, breaking through to a full blown experince on 5X won't be noticably weaker or less profound than breaking through on 35X, you will just need to use more to break through if using a weaker extract.

Just keep in mind that there are literally dozens, possibly hundreds, of people, websites and companies selling salvia now and not all of them are reputable, just because a container has a label on it claiming that its 40X, that doesn't mean that it isn't 5X or dried tea leaves that is actual in the container.
