Liver and Onions, Please !

The restaurant imposes a $2 surcharge for payments by debit or credit card.

So naturally, I dug into my wallet and paid cash for it. The joy about liver and onions (to this non-vegetarian) is how long it lasts. For the initial meal, I usually eat 1/2 to 1/3 of what's on the plate. The rest goes home with me. After that, liver become an additive to the morning omelet. I usually serve it up with some rice and beans and two cups of black coffee.

The plate serves me 3-4 additional meals. And the wonderful thing about grilled liver is there are seldom any takers who want to eat from your plate!
