More Important Conclusions.

Like I said, Eric seems stuck in his defiant mood now. And nothing is getting him out of it, and no one seems to care but me. I need that washing machine replaced. So I don't have to keep going out at 3 AM to do the laundry. He deliberately destroyed the washing machine and the microwave, so shouldn't he replace it then? I don't know why, it just seems the law would say that. But not at all my case workers says. In situations like this the law would protect him. Because I have a life to lead now and my life up till now involved him replacing things as they broke.

And what if my car broke down for good? I need a car for the simplest tasks, just to get to my nearest doctor. Also, strange as it is to say, what if my house burned down? I'd need a new house then. My case worker says the law protects Eric in all of this, but I just know that isn't true. This is just a clever new form of abuse. The law obviously protects me from predatory guardians like him. And we have a place for them. It's called a jail cell, where they can contemplate what they did and rethink of ever doing it again. But not so, everyone tells me. And then his stint in jail can serve as warning to others. To the Detroit and Dearborn police, and Oak Park first responders, who followed me around and made my life a living hell, trying to take away my car, even though I am a good driver and a good person.

And also not to repeat myself, but my car is not negotiable. I plan to be driving till the day I die. And as I said, this is nothing knew. I resolved that long ago when that nightmare began with my car suddenly around 2004. I resolved then and there that would never happen, them taking something so important away from me. And now that I know that I'd lose my contact with the outside world in a group home, or even an old age home. I will just never walk into one. So I better have a car. I'll stand my ground and never walk into one. And if I become homeless because of it, people will know whose fault that is.
