More On My Views.

I'm obviously not a lawyer, but I've been interested in the subject since 1995, probably before. And I read recently, much as I was already thinking myself, that states are leaning towards abolishing the crime of accessory after the fact. It's stupid that you could aid a crime after the fact, unless you have a time machine. Laws against obstruction of justice, harboring a fugitive, destroying evidence, etc. already apply.

Another stupid law (according my Law Dictionary by Steven Gifis) is felony murder. That any felony that leads to a death is a murder, even if that was never your intent.
