What's with young girls today?

Is it just me, or are girls developing really early these days? Not to mention that a lot tend to wear very revealing clothing (ie. low-rider jeans). It just seems so different to me from when I grew up. The girls then never had the breasts these kids have today, at the ages they do now. I'm not sure if it has to do with the hormores in the foods of today, or what. What are your thoughts?

hormones in food are definitely a large part of it, if not the sole cause of it. you will note that people are getting larger from it too.


as for more revealing clothing, I suppose it is just that society is more relaxed about sex than it has been in anybody's lifetime that lives today.

 

i agree, i am gonna end up in jail b/c of one these girls oneday. I think its all the growth horomones they feed the cattle now-a-days. But its great for lookin if nothing else, just gotta hold off til there 18...

Well, what is obvious is that early development is not a trend. It's a fact. The authorities, or whatever the hell they call themselves, will have to rejig the laws to reflect this new reality. I've seen some (and dated some) girls of fourteen who could have been in Playboy- and better still- should have been. Many girls are peaking well before 18 now and to think the law says they can't benefit fromt their beauty (as with Playboy) until it's gone is utter f'up nonsense.

 

I think that they like to receive the attention then send the poor unsuspecting Mr. Ithoughtshewasoldenoughlookathershesawhore to jail.

 

Considering nearly the entire US milk supply continues to be poisoned with BSG it is no wonder full development is occurring earlier. Early development however is only the tip that frightening iceberg.

 

early develpoment...growth hormones? ...wha'? are you guys sure? and no, 14 year old girls should not be in playboy, despite whether they develop early or not.

Yes dangermoose, BSG is a very real and very frightening fact. Id go into further detail for you but it is an issue belonging more rightly in the politics forum than here I suppose.

 

just because their bodys have matured quicker does not make them any more mentally mature. i began having sex at 14 and i know full well now that iwasnt ready for it as much as i thought i was. just cos i had tits and my body was able to hae kids didnt mean my mind could comprehend the efect it would have n me

i really only thought we could notice that BECAUSE they now wear those too-revealing clothes u were talkin about...
i mean, when i was 13 i probably had a womans body already (heh), but i just didnt wear low-waisted jeans, thongs, tight tops.. and i didnt show my tummy. now they all do, so of course u're gonna notice their bodies.

I tottaly agree!!! there are soo many hormones and chemicals put into the milk and meat supply. it's soo grosse.
and don't forget the crap food. Obesity is also a large issue, they are saying its an epidemic of overweight chidlren. since breasts are partly body fat, chubby little girls are gonna look develoved but really are over weight.

yes girls do wear more revealing clothing then they used to at that age. and that is a big part of the problem cuz if they weren't showing off their premature breasts then we probably wouldn't notice it. but we are defnietly maturing physically alot faster then we should be. in general 9 years olds should have no reason to NEED a bra except to feel older like putting on moms make-up. I realize that some girls naturally develope at younger ages, but if you look in the elementary schools people are gonna start thinkint that there is something wrong with the few girls that aren't developed by gr.3.

I also think that all the female hormones are having an affect on the boys and men. if they make the girls develope faster, then what is gonna happen to the guys? i think it just raises their estrogen levels and causes them lots of overall problems.

 

The fact of the matter is this...

Young girls of today(and boys) are not given any guidance and morols from their PARENTS! Simply because their parents have LIVES of their own! They dont take(make) the time to teach and morals about how to dress and how to be respectable. Instead they get their morals from MTV. Oh ya, great place to get em boyz and girlz!

The fact is girls do not develope any faster than before but they do "mature" faster because society dictates that they must!

I feel better now... I am going to instill some morality(my kids are pretty good... not that they have a choice) into my kids when they get home

 

It's creepy to think of all the things that we put in foods thinking that they're better for us, when in reality they start completely fucking up our bodies natural developments, like hitting puberty early. I finished my whole puberty thing when I was around 14 - aside from my hips slowly changing shape and losing a bit of my baby fat, but those are very slow, barely noticeable changes.

The fact that younger girls are wearing more revealing clothing is certainly making it more noticeable when they begin developing. Society has made sex "cool", even though most people are not mature enough to deal with it and it's repurcussions until they're at least 16 (older for some, younger for some.... I'd say 16 is the average from looking at my friends). So having a shirt that says "porn star" when you're only 12 makes you cool. The sexual education systems (at least, here in Saskatchewan Canada) sucks the big one. We learned how to put condoms on tennis racket handles, and the names of a few STDs. Nothing about morality, the repurcussions of sex, how to know where and when you should say no. Nothing applicable to real life (except for condoms)

It certainly doesn't help that so many parents don't know how to teach their children about sex in a mature way. Not just the functions of it, but how important it is emotionally, and why you shouldn't just hop into bed with the first person you find attractive. I'm really bloody thankful I got a good sexual education from my parents. It didn't take very much on my mom's part, just explaining that it's more than a physical thing and then she gave me some reading material and would answer any questions I had.

ugh... sometimes I think that society is impossible to improve upon with so many working to worsen it.

The reason people seem to think they young girls are developing earlier is because the clothes they wear and the tons of makeup they wear. I have to disagree with the hormone thing, unless a valid link is provided cause that sounds a little outlandish. When I was younger, the clothes were different and really, no one wore revealing cloths to show their body, and now, clothes are much more skimpy and skin tight, so you see there body. I know, I cant explain stuff worth shit, but you can kind of hint what I am getting at. I just think now, you are noticing there bodies more cause of the clothing and such...

Granted, emotional maturity is an issue but it's not a trump card. Beauty is beauty. If a girl is sensational at 14 or 15 then that should be lauded, celebrated- and recognized. It's meanspirited discrimination to deny them the monetary benefit of that enormous and fleeting physical gift. Let them pose, with all the necessary safeguards and let posterity witness what wonders nature once produced. Hopefully, some girl, with the support of her parents, will challenge these ludicrous rules that deprive them of capitalizing on easy funds for a college or university education. Nuff said!

Heh heh, not only that shit in dairy and beef products, but chemical plants are dumpin out these fuckin estrogen-imitators which are fuckin turnin everythin female. All this shit's makin kids pubate earlier and earlier. And bout the "parents teachin no morals"; my parents brought me up to be a good, moral human being, and I'm still horney as fuck, an if some girl wanted to fuck, I'd be happy to oblige.
