What's Happening?

Dropping truth bombs and saying I'm winning is just me being playful and poking fun. They're like two silly childish words which is why I used them.

 

We are also 3 people where English isn't our first language so probably taking a lot of things out of co text too or maybe I can't express myself correctly so it feels we go around in circles. I've not malice here. I actually found the subject interesting.

I was going to say that I don't come from the "selfie" generation but I know some older members do post there frequently so I guess it's just a personal preference of mine.

My partner has a phobia of photography of the people she cares about from a childhood incident where her family went together to a studio for family portraits and there was a terrible car accident afterward where her family passed away. She survived the car crash but was the only one.

I don't think she believes the photography captures the souls phobia, she just isn't interested in photography though. I have a good camera, I bought in 2010 but still very valid it's a Canon 7D and I've taken it all around the world with me. I'm really not even sure how to use it properly, I'm a point and click kind of person. So I take photographs of scenarios and architecture and things but she will always mostly be absent from my photos. When there's a group photo she is not smiling very much. I've had a friend comment that she just looks unimpressed in all her photos. I tell the story and they understand but then again they don't really.

As for selfies sometimes I do the stupid is it snap chat ones where they put dogs ears and things on you lol and I try and get a photo with the dog but he's always so unimpressed with phones and cameras.

The way I snap good photos of him is to wave his ball above my head to get his attention or else I'll snap a photo and you'd think he's the most depressed dog in the world and I'm a cruel owner.

I never got to meet her family obviously. I don't know too much about them other than she didn't have a good time growing up after that incident. She was taken in by extended family. Sometimes I wonder if that has any direct influence on her sexuality or why she bonded so quickly and closely to me when I first sat next to her in that classroom. It had happened years before we met, but I remember a very dark, morbid type of character, quiet but strong. It had obviously affected her mentally as it would.

Nowdays she's still quite quiet but changed in many ways too. Our bond and chemistry is strong. I mentioned yesterday that I find it very difficult to please myself or do anything that makes me happy.. Other than pursue women and spend money.. and that making others smile, laugh or happy is the only thing I can do to take away the pain I feel for myself and in her case or our case, I know I've succeeded. I really don't think anyone else is going to understand me like she does.

Every year around mid November around her birthday she gets very upset. That's around the time it all happened. Saddens me to say but she never really wants a fun birthday. I try though and we go out and have fun, get her mind off things.

Surprisingly she drives a lot though. I know people in accidents can be quite against driving cars but she drives a lot because I'm usually too intoxicated so she's my designated driver lol.

There was a really good camera angle bought into nascar this year called the helmet cam. There's a vicious crash on Kurt Busch camera at Indianapolis. It's insane. When we watched the race she told me that sound, that crunch, it makes her shudder just like when we were in the crash early in the year with our Ranger. But she was okay through that. She jumped out and immediately went to rescue the other people.

I just bought my oldest granddaughter's Christmas present.

She's getting American Eagle Skinny Jeans and a Victoria's Secret Shirt.

Might have been Phipps. It was upper class. anyway I been to that VS shop and there was a big black lady and I could not understand a word she was saying to me. At all. And after a few attempts I just started agreeing and saying yes lol.

 

I was watching women's field hockey and the Chinese team has white makeup on their faces. I wonder why. I saw it last week too.
