Don't always support the reasons someone becomes a "vet". But they are trying to make the choice right for them. I do support this message though.

 

$50 says the guy in the photo wouldn't smoke weed anyway. He looks like he's trying to compete in disabled games, so he probably can't smoke weed anyway. Silly picture to launch such a political statement. That chick is older than 16 too. If she's 16, she's going to look like a catchers mitten when shes 30. Considering weed does such different things to our psychosis from person to person, I have to wonder if there'd be any repercussions from smoking weed from a veteran in any case. I hear different things when I am stoned, noises become louder. If that were to happen to someone suffering PTS and the next door neighbor starts belting some nails in wood, a veteran might actually have a panic attack and that's because of the effect of weed. Yeah, i don't think this message supports veterans very well at all. It's a statement that makes sense that's just used to justify the legality of the drug throughout the population, but targeting veterans as regular users or people that should use to get that point across because nobody does anything else in every day life to experience what these guys have. So they point out the obvious.

 

I've known quite a few vets that say that smoking weed helps them tremendously, just like their dogs do. They have even laughed and talked to me about how some people say it makes them nervous and such...and their reply was that if weed makes you nervous, you should try war!!! I want to laugh but it would probably be inappropriate. I always ask them if they've ever tried eating it (edibles) and they always say they've tried that...but to the last one they prefer to smoke. These are men that appear to have something going on with them (some kind of problem)...and I've wound up talking to these type of vets in all of the many restaurants I've worked at in the last 20+ yrs.

They would talk to me about it when they found out I was a stoner, and I'd usually give them a little extra stuff on their plates (or bags). When they saw I was non-judgmental and "safe" to talk to...in fact, they almost all seemed anxious to want to talk.

 

Sure is one of them.. this version is tops, but I'm bias, don't think Keith could ever disappoint me...

Well I stand corrected on the veteran weed thing.

But I still think the guy in the photo isn't smoking anything and that some random person just found 2 random photos to put that together.

 

a stable home body veteran probably has their own grow if they cared much enough about cannabis and survival .. just the some that cant access medicine. and its a pain in the ass to grow constantly. its more attention than a dog,, if you want to having weed all the time time time.. other than than, homegrowns going to be a months or so, even less worth of weed.. whats the point of growing it then..

 

Irmi, I promise when people are advertising things, even down to some memes...they don't think or some child or teen is choosing the pics or something.

For real...I agree with those pictures being about stupid. lol They should have gone with totally different types of pics to make their point.
