With all due respect, MLK had no connection that I'm aware of to Africa. He was born an American. (Not defending Trump's verbiage though.)
*sigh*. You may elucidate if you wish, I have no desire to learn Caucasionics. Try using regular English, if you can.
We are starting to narrow the field...David Duke, Richard Spencer, Robert Mercer....maybe Matthew Heimbach...maybe...
Didn't he make a big issue about the psychiatrist who diagnosed Trump? He used Hal Turner's fake news to say she did not have a license. But, Dr. Bandy Lee holds a license from New York. So Trump does have some serious mental problems. Dr. Bandy Lee is a real physician and graduated from Yale. This Bald whatever is hell bent to attack anything non-Republican-Trump-Racist.
We can debate the meaning of each all you like. How do you account for his wins in the states like Penn., Wis., Iowa, and Michigan? They are rednecks too then? Rather than debate the difference between what is the difference between a ****** and a redneck, what your suggesting is that the Dems can insult at whatever level they choose, but the Reps cannot? Who makes those rules? You never at any time said the Dem was wrong for the words chosen in their insults. So since you have no objection, neither should you if the Republicans do the same.
The head of Apple is worth a bit more than a Haitian with no skills. Don't you think? If you think they are screwing Americans out of higher wages, boycott their products. People have value based on what they can contribute. Some people are smarter, more capable, more intuitive, harder working etc. Who knows maybe one of the Haitians will someday work to become the leader of a corporation. I don't think Mark Zuckerberg should be worth billions based on Facebook. But so be it. He is. He was smarter then me and came up with it. I don't wish him any ill will because of it.
I never called anyone a redneck. And the republicans aren't doing the same. The whole point of my post was that calling someone a redneck isn't in a million years the same thing as calling someone the "N" word. That was my only point. Not one other thing! You need to stop calling people out.
NotMyRealName said, and I quote: Martin Luther King Jr. was a descendant of slaves. His great-grandfather, Willis Williams, and his wife Creecy were owned by William Nelson Williams. Another great-grandparent, Jim Long, was also a slave. I believe Jim Long's wife was also a slave. That is his connection to Africa and slavery. MLK jr. was a member of a resident U.S. minority group. NotMyRealName would like to see "groups" like the ones MLK jr. fought for (which by the way included MLK jr. himself) sent back to their homeland with the aid of taxpayer money. MLK jr was so miserable that he gave his life to see things change. How can you get anymore racist and inhumane than to suggest that any "group" (not necessarily black), that thinks the country could be better as to how it treats certain groups, should be expelled from the country? He still hasn't addressed the American Indian problem, that is where will he send the disgruntled American Indians?
Called it out here. You defended Clintons insults. Is not what I said. I said, if they (the blacks) think they are still so mistreated here and we can send them home to their motherland, I'm all for it. It only applies to blacks as they hold the only place as minorities originally brought here against their will. It was a horrible mistake to have done so. I can't re-write history. I thank my lucky stars my family and all its forefathers had nothing to do with any part of slavery ever. Once again you can try and draw me into being a racist as that makes for a convenient way to make the conversation stop. If you don't think that we don't have a problem with some minorities over others in this country that is your prerogative to have that view. You didn't see any evidence of the Russians stirring the pot over Asians or etc. They played into that problem and the voters obviously responded.
Similar to the way he treated John McCain for getting captured, Trump could likewise call MLK Jr. a loser for getting assassinated. Trump wants to see a winner.
He also claimed politicians were set on fire here lol. After he was forced to admit he based it on nothing real he apologized and said I must have mixed that up with a situation in a different country. He's already regarded as a joke by most here. Dishonest and incompetent.
As to the American Indians. I wasn't aware they are a problem. Tell us how they are a problem? Yes they got screwed over. Do they burn down cities when one of them commits a crime? Do they loot the stores to take non essential things during hurricanes? Etc etc. They are federally protected from lawsuits. They have been given back some lands to be governed separately as they see fit. They have Casinos that they pay no taxes on. They pay thier nation's citizens as they see fit with those proceeds. My ex wife was 40% Cherokee. She got a very nice yearly income as a result of that. None of that came out of my taxes. Far better off now than they were say 40 years ago. I don't hear much about Indians being the number one cause of thier own deaths. I don't hear much about them in general. I wonder why that is? What would you suggest we do to give them more?
@baldmeister You're entitled to your POV naturally. But you know you can't act in serious its shared by the majority of americans. Not sure that's who you ment with 'we'...
I think it veers off when it's convenient for those that complain about it not being about Trump. Until they need it to.
Always amuses me when Trump and his band of idiots go to Europe and are called out. Sad thing is his supporters will still believe it's true even if the actual country say it's not. The hate is strong Reporters to Trump ambassador: ‘This is the Netherlands — you have to answer questions’
