I think those women do it by choice though, not because they can't get a man where they are. They are looking for something different, discreet, and with no serious commitment.

I never met anyone who did either, but saw some docs focussing on the subject. It were mainly 40+ year old british and dutch women. Some of these 'toyboys' are also associated with the dating site scams where they act like a western guy falling in love with a woman but at some point needs money for a very serious (fake) problem.
