Yeah, most people feel that way. I just don't see it. The guy in Reservoir Dogs has the most annoying face ever, which is probably why I don't like that one, but it made sense to tell that story out of order. The whole mystery of the movie is which one of them is a cop. If you tell that story beginning to end, you know who is the cop right away. But Pulp Fiction was out of order, I don't know...just because. I didn't get it. I found it distracting and I really don't like any of his characters.

LOL It had a cartoon in the middle of it and fountains of blood. I guess that's fun if you're into that, but I just thought it was juvenile. However--yes, insecure men go hide under the bed, big, bad, scary feminist here "oooooh...scary"--I did like that the main protagonist of badassery (and the villain, come to think of it) was a female. That's also why I dug Jackie Brown, though that movie has likable characters and some actual heart.

I'm a bit undecided on his movies.

    Reservoir Dogs was alright.
    Pulp Fiction had its moments.
I fell asleep through inglorious bastards
    Never seen a kill bill.
The western one.. That was OK I guess.

is it really "about" anything? i think it's basically just 4 or 5 vaguely connected stories, told in random order.

i do find most of his movies entertaining.
