I woke up to a burning house one night when I was about 3 or 4. I felt all this heat on the back of my head while I was asleep, was crying and thought I was having a bad dream until my mom came in and picked me up and carried me out of the house.

 

He's proud of the scent...he wants to keep it on him all day, that's why he doesn't want to shower before work.

 

I know several people here have lost their homes due to fire.

The neighbor that had the fire on the lot behind her house says she doesn't know how it started and that the firemen said it looked "suspicious".

 

Did they give any details as to why they thought it looked suspicious, I.e. Signs, clues? That's crazy.

 

She hasn't said. I'm communicating with her on a facebook group for the neighborhood. I don't know if they are thinking one of the teenagers next door to them was smoking back there...maybe.

 

Ah, ok. I could see that with teenagers. When I heard suspicious, I was thinking someone staged the fire with the intent to destroy property.
