around here we just use a cheese grater and egg...and some salt a bit of flour....turns out better if you rinse and dry the potato shavings before mixing

i made english muffins with eggs cheese and sausage rounds

Half of Europe has the flu it seems. Everyone will believe it if one would use it for the first time as an excuse to skip work at this point.
I already made fun of some people with that, who probably really had it I thought if I don't get it it probably is getting exaggerated. But now I have the flu for over a freaking week already!
Haven't been subject to it like this for years!

 

But are you using it as an excuse to get off of work?

 

No, my work is mainly driving a car. It would be waiting for an accident to happen being subject to the flu to this extent.
I haven't been on a week long smoke break for literally years either (max. a day or 3). Yet I feel this stoned-like cloudiness a lot of the days.
Actually can't wait to be better and start working again. I also picked it up during work most likely. Only worked 2 days this year teehee (the season started beginning of february)...

 

On the other hand, my dog is having a blast. I'm getting plenty of fresh air here in the countryside, and of course always get accompanied by him.
