The sunshine is so gorgeous today!

I hope to do the laundry today. It'll depend on how my legs feel. I may do a little today and save some for tomorrow.

We need to prune the Butterfly Bush. Maybe hubby will do that while I take it easy with the dog in the yard.

Thank the good Lord for Courtney Barnett.

Why does mainstream America hate good music?

But they could if they wanted to.

Instead they don't, and then complain about how all of today's music sucks.

yeah, but it's a lot more work to hear good music, and not everyone knows how to find it.

if you're not going out of your way to hear good music, you probably won't.

I just got yelled at for about 5 minutes.

I walked Emma in my yard and my son's backyard.

When we walked back up to the front of my yard, the crazy neighbor was at the end of her driveway, yelling nonstop, at the top of her lungs about how I was committing harassment by being in the back yard "so I could see what was going on at her house."

She wouldn't have known that I was even back there except she keeps her dogs tied up on her back porch and they were barking.

I wouldn't care but it makes me nervous that Emma is going to react. She never does but I still can't get over feeling like they are going to let one of their dogs out on us again.

I came back to the house shaking and I've got a headache now.

    Dude

Yelling at you for being in your own yard is what constitutes harassment, you shouldnt have to deal with that. Have you ever involved the police in dealing with them? I can't remember if you've mentioned before or not. That does sound like a matter for the police to deal with .Your home should be your sanctuary, your peaceful place. Your neighbors shouldnt be allowed to yell at you like that

I had taught "the Boys" to heel and sit in those situations... Then they learned to growl, just a little bit.

    Damn I miss those dogs.

I told the police about them harassing me, the night they let their dogs attack me. He told me they can talk about me, within my hearing, as long as they aren't talking to me.

I suppose he told them the same thing.

They've been pretty good up until Tuesday. I don't know what set them off but it's been daily, except yesterday.

I didn't get to train, Emma. She was about 7 or 8 when I got her. Up until then she was in a fence with another dog and had no training to do anything. I've taught her to walk on a leash nicely but she's not trained like you're talking about.
