I just had one of those days at work that was so full of pointless meetings (seriously--meeting in the morning about what we'll be meeting on in the afternoon) and red tape holding things up that the day was a waste. Week starts Tuesday.

I've been talking to my daughter.

She's having some symptoms that wake her from sleep. She thought maybe it was Exploding Brain Syndrome, which is a real thing; but given all her symptoms I think maybe she's having Nocturnal Seizures, which could be a form of Nocturnal Epilepsy.

I need a mental break.
