it rained yesterday, i was not expecting that. wasnt in the forecast. now my yard is mud, and the digging i was doing is set back, and i cant even fix it today. we are having one of those pods delivered so we can go through stuff and clear space for the window and door installers. car is in the shop getting a new used heart. but i did make it through a lot of laundry yesterday. and everyone is awake before noon, so i can get to work a lot earlier today. i have about a week to clean house.

pod delivered. unfortunately my driveway is too narrow, so he had to put it on the street. which meant that hubby had to go get a right of way permit from the city. but without the car, had to walk. not a big deal, we actually live pretty close, maybe 15 minutes, but its windy, and it wasnt on the list of things we wanted to get done today.
on the plus side, he got our chicken permit at the same time. bawk bawk.

if it werent so windy i could open up the garage. maybe it will let up a bit tomorrow.
